Trace Data: Data sent via our SDK, which includes AI agent execution steps, token usage, latency, and LLM inputs/outputs. Note: LLM inputs and outputs may contain Personally Identifiable Information (PII) if your users submit it to your agent.
API Usage: Metrics on how often you call the Drishti API to help us enforce rate limits and billing.
2. How We Use It
Your data is strictly used to:
Provide the core AI agent observability service.
Automatically calculate INR costs for your AI operations.
Send email alerts based on rules you configure.
Improve the performance and reliability of our platform.
3. Third-Party Services
To securely operate Drishti, we partner with trusted infrastructure providers:
Clerk: For secure user authentication and account management.
Supabase: For our primary PostgreSQL database.
Resend: For delivering email alerts and notifications.
Render & Vercel: For hosting our backend services and frontend dashboard.
4. Data Retention
Trace data is retained according to your active pricing plan:
Free Plan: 7 days
Pro Plan: 90 days
Enterprise Plan: 365 days
After the retention period expires, trace data is permanently deleted from our systems.
5. Your Responsibilities Regarding End-User Data
Because Drishti records the inputs and outputs of your AI agent, you are solely responsible for ensuring that you do not send highly sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or regulated health/financial data to our servers unless properly redacted.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, modify, or permanently delete your account and all associated trace data. You can perform account deletion from your dashboard settings or by contacting us.
